I am a firm believer in the power of the team communicating openly & frequently to build meaningful products. I am currently working on crystal.ai, leading a team of super talented UI, UX, motion and content designers collaborating on a daily basis with technical squads and product owners. We aim to deliver high quality work with an iterative process, always working towards improving the value we give to end users and the process we use to do so.
I grew up in the States but have been living in Milan, Italy for more years than I can count on my fingers.
